The price depends on season, number of persons and number of nights as well: between 250 and 1100 euros per week and it is inclusive of bed linen, towels, heating, charges, taxes, final cleaning and picking up service.
According to italian law breakfast is not provided as it is an apartment, self catering.

Tourist tax starting from 24th august 2011:
High season: 1,50 euros per person per night
Low season: 0,75 euros per person per night

2011 high season: until 31st october,
5th-11th december, 23rd-31st december.
2012 high season: 1st-8th january,
4th 22nd february, 1st april - 31st october,
3rd-9th december, 23rd-31st december.
